Mission
Women’s Security Society hosted its October lunchtime webinar looking at the hospitality industry through the lens of security. We explored the journey of our contributors, diving into their love of hospitality, its variety and why mixed with security they have some of the most demanding roles to ensure safety, without compromising guest experience.
Hospitality is often known for its fast-paced environment. We heard about the unique challenges of combining incident management, people management and guest management within the hotel sector. Whilst also shining a lense on the diversity that comes with the sector.
Finally, we were excited to learn more about the story of allyship from our guests, highlighting how they are both now working on making sure more male allies understand how they can support women hoping to move into the Hotel Security sector.
